Terms and conditions KINTO Flex Bring a Friend
Article 1: The organizer
- 1. This promotion is organized by Louwman & Parqui, the provider of KINTO Flex car subscriptions in the Netherlands (hereinafter referred to as ‘the Organizer’).
- Louwman & Parqui is officially registered at Steurweg 8 in Raamsdonksveer. KINTO has a visitor address at Krommewetering 111 in Utrecht.
Article 2: The promotion
- 1. When you refer a new customer, both you (hereinafter referred to as “the referrer”) and the referred person (hereinafter referred to as “the new customer”) will receive a gift card worth €50.
- 2. A person is only considered a new customer, and gift cards will only be awarded, on the subscription’s start date. The start date is the day the new customer picks up or has the car delivered. A (approved) subscription application alone does not qualify for the gift cards.
- 3. The promotion period runs from December 12, 2024, to February 28, 2025.
- 4. The new customer must submit their subscription application within the promotion period.
- 5. The subscription must start within six weeks of the application date.
- 6. The subscription start date may fall outside the promotion period, provided the subscription starts within six weeks of the application date.
- 7. By participating in this promotion, participants agree to these terms and conditions.
Article 3: Participants
- 1. The referrer must have an active KINTO Flex subscription at the time the new customer submits their application or must have had a subscription in the past.
- 2. The referrer must have an active KINTO Flex subscription at the time the new customer submits their application or must have had a subscription in the past.
- 3. The referrer’s subscription must not have been terminated by KINTO or canceled under the right of withdrawal.
- 4. The referrer The claimant must not have outstanding invoices whose due date has passed.
- 5. A KINTO Flex subscription must not have been previously requested and/or taken out at the new customer’s address.
- 6. The referrer may refer multiple new customers and receive multiple gift cards.
- 7. Each new customer can only have one referrer.
- 8. All combinations of minimum terms and mileage bundles for both the referrer’s and the new customer’s subscriptions are eligible for this promotion.
- 9. If the new customer exercises their right of withdrawal, neither party will qualify for the promotion, and no gift cards will be awarded.
- 10. Participation is only possible if all conditions are met.
- 11. The Organizer reserves the right to exclude participants if they provide false, incomplete, or misleading information or engage in fraud or attempted fraud.
Article 4: The gift cards
- 1. Both the referrer and the new customer will receive a gift card worth €50.
- 2. Both parties may choose between a gift card for bol.com or Amazon.nl. No other gift card options are available.
- 3. Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash, other products, or services, nor can they be used as a discount on the monthly subscription fee or any amount due for a KINTO Flex subscription.
- 4. Gift cards are only sent digitally. Physical gift cards are not available.
- 5. The digital gift cards are sent to the email addresses known to us. These are the email addresses provided at the time of the subscription application or updated during the subscription term.
- 6. Gift cards will be sent within two weeks after the new customer’s right of withdrawal period has expired.
Article 5: Application process
- 1. The new customer must submit their KINTO Flex subscription application via the standard process on the website.
- 2. After submitting the application, the new customer must send an email to info@kinto.nl within seven days, containing the following details:
Subject: “Application: Bring a Friend”.
Name of the new customer
Name and email address of the referrer
Which of the two gift card options (Bol.com or Amazon.co.uk) the referrer wishes to receive.
Which of the two gift card options (Bol.com or Amazon.co.uk) the new customer wishes to receive. - 3. Only complete applications that meet these requirements will be processed.
Article 6: Data and privacy
- 1. The organizer shall use the participants’ data, among other things, to the extent necessary for the organization of the promotion and the sending of the gift cards.

Article 7: Liability
- 1. The Organizer is not responsible for any damage resulting from participation in the promotion and/or the use of the gift card, nor for any costs incurred by participants to accept or use the gift card.
Article 8: Other provisions
- 1. In cases not covered by these terms and conditions, the Organizer will decide.
- 2. Questions, complaints, or other feedback about this promotion can be submitted in writing or by email. Send your email to info@kinto.nl or your letter to Louwman & Parqui – KINTO, Krommewetering 111, 3543 AN Utrecht. Complaints will be handled within two weeks.
- 3. The organizer reserves the right to reject entries, exclude participants from participation, or to prematurely terminate, interrupt, extend, and/or modify the promotion, including the value of the gift cards, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, without giving any reasons, if circumstances require.
- 4. The organizer pays the greatest possible care to the organization of the promotion. Nevertheless, it may happen that the displayed or provided information is not complete or incorrect. Print, spelling, setting, or similar errors of any kind cannot be attributed to the organizer nor can any obligation for the organizer arise. The organizer also accepts no liability for lost emails and/or attachments or for the provision of incorrect or incomplete (personal) data by a participant.
- 5. The promotion (including these terms and conditions) is exclusively governed by Dutch law.
