Terms and Conditions KINTO Flex New Year Promotion Aygo X 2025

Article 1: The organizer

• 1. This promotion is organized by Louwman & Parqui, provider of KINTO Flex car subscriptions in the Netherlands (hereinafter referred to as “the organizer”).
  Louwman & Parqui is registered at Steurweg 8, Raamsdonksveer. KINTO has its visiting address at Krommewetering 111, Utrecht.

Article 2: The promotion

• 1. The promotion period runs from January 14, 2025, to February 16, 2025. Within this period, you must submit your application for a KINTO Flex subscription. Your subscription may start at a later date but no later than March 31, 2025.
• 2. During the promotion period, a discount of €30 (including VAT) per month applies to a KINTO car subscription with a Toyota Aygo X.
• 3. The discount applies exclusively to the Toyota Aygo X and not to other models.
• 4. The discount applies to all minimum contract terms and mileage bundles.
• 5. The discount is only valid during the minimum contract period. Depending on the selected minimum contract duration, you will receive a discount for 3, 6, or 9 months. After the minimum contract period, the regular rate applies.
• 6. The discount will be paid to you as a one-time cashback for the total amount.
• Example: If you choose a 9-month minimum contract period, your cashback will be 9 x €30 = €270.
• 7. The cashback will be paid after the end of your minimum contract period, regardless of whether you terminate the subscription or continue it afterward.
• 8. The cashback amount will be transferred to the account from which the subscription fees are debited.
• 9. If you terminate the subscription immediately after the minimum contract period ends, before the cashback has been transferred, the organizer reserves the right to settle the cashback in the final invoice instead of transferring it separately.
• 10. It is not possible to have the cashback paid out at another time or offset it monthly against the subscription fees.

Article 3: Participants and participation

• 1. Anyone with an approved application for a KINTO Flex car subscription with a Toyota Aygo X, submitted during the promotion period, and with a subscription start date no later than March 31, 2025, is automatically eligible for this promotion.
  If your application is submitted within the promotion period but your subscription starts after March 31, 2025, you are not eligible for this promotion.
• 2. If the subscription is terminated before the end of the minimum contract period, you will be excluded from this promotion, regardless of who initiated the termination. If you terminate the subscription before the end of the minimum contract period, fees will be charged. See Article 8.1 of our General Terms and Conditions for details.
• 3. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, participation in this promotion will automatically be void.
• 4. A participant can only take part in this promotion once.
• 5. Participation is only possible if all conditions are met.

Article 4: Data and privacy

• 1. The organizer processes personal data provided in connection with this promotion in accordance with its privacy policy, unless these terms and conditions stipulate otherwise.

Article 5: Liability

• 1. The organizer is not responsible for any damages related to participation in the promotion and is not liable for any costs incurred by participants to take part in the promotion.

Article 6: Other provisions

• 1. In all cases not covered by these terms and conditions, the organizer’s decision is final.
• 2. Questions, complaints, or other responses about this promotion can be submitted in writing or by email. Send your question, complaint, or response by email to info@kinto.nl or by post to Louwman & Parqui – KINTO, Krommewetering 111, 3543 AN Utrecht.
  Complaints will be processed within two weeks.
• 3. The organizer reserves the right to reject applications, exclude participants, or terminate, suspend, extend, or amend the promotion at its discretion and without prior notice if circumstances require it.
  Approved applications submitted before any changes or termination of the promotion will still qualify for the discount.
• 4. The organizer takes the utmost care in organizing the promotion.
• However, it is possible that the displayed or provided information may be incomplete or incorrect. Printing, spelling, typographical, or similar errors of any kind cannot be held against the organizer or create any obligation for the organizer. Furthermore, the organizer accepts no liability for the loss of emails and/or attachments or for the submission of incorrect or incomplete (personal) data by a participant.
• 5. This promotion (including these terms and conditions) is governed exclusively by Dutch law.
